ELCO Chevrolet Cadillac is currently searching for a full-time Service Valet to work in our Service drive from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.  Located in Ballwin, MO, our Service Valets are responsible for greeting customers, thanking them for their business, transporting and cleaning vehicles on the lot, and assisting with other duties as assigned.  Full benefits, regular pay increases, and paid holidays make this a great opportunity!

The Service Valet (Porter) is a customer service position responsible for the transport and care of the vehicles on the dealership lot. This includes the following duties:

• Greet and thank customers for their business with an outgoing and enthusiastic attitude
• Clean vehicle exterior and interior by hand, brush or by operating washing equipment
• Transport vehicles safely on the dealership lot
• Hand dry vehicles using a cloth towel
• Check basic fluid levels and inspect incoming vehicles for prior damage
• May assist with local automobile deliveries
• Maintain a clean work area which includes cleaning the service drive (floors, walls, cars)
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
• Must be able to routinely lift at least 30 lbs, clean cars inside and out, in addition to prolonged standing, walking, and crouching.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
