ELCO Chevrolet Cadillac is excited to announce an immediate opening for a full time Service Call Center Representative. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the dealership's Service Department through customer communication, appointment scheduling, follow-up, and other Business Development Center (BDC) activities.

Business analyst, consultant, assistant, inbound calls, inside sales, call center experience.

• Respond to customer service inquiries by phone, text, email, and other communication channels.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Contact customers regarding recommended maintenance, declined services, recalls, and other service opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up communication with customers after service visits.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records in dealership systems.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure appointments and customer communications are handled accurately and professionally.
• Meet established customer contact, appointment, and follow-up goals.
• Provide professional, courteous, and timely customer service.

• Must have at least a high school degree or equivalent GED.
• Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to work M-F 8 am to 5 pm with occasional half-days on Saturday (rotating).
• Strong oral communication and phone customer service skills.
• Ability to learn appropriate sales and customer contact software programs.
• Comfortable working independently or on a team.
• Automotive dealership and/or call center experience a plus.
